Calling Retired Pharmacists: The CT Dept of Public Health and Qualidigm (CT's Quality Improvement Organization) is looking for retired pharmacists who may want to be trained to provide the Stanford Chronic Disease Self-Management Programs to the public. There are funds available to provide free training to be a instructor for the programs - with a small stipend for providing the programs – click here for the website that provides a general description; or, call the CPA offices at 860-563-4619.
